How We Pamper Your Pet

Each appointment at Pampered Pets Parlor begins with an evaluation of your pet’s coat condition, temperament, and individual needs. Your groomer will discuss these with you and consult with you on how you prefer your pet to be groomed. From there, the groomer follows a structured process that includes bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, and finishing touches, all while prioritizing your pet’s comfort throughout the session.

Mobile appointments deliver a full salon experience directly to your home, using a fully equipped mobile unit with climate control and professional-grade tools. Shopfront appointments provide the same personalized care within a calm, low-stress setting. Both options are designed to give your pet focused, attentive grooming without unnecessary delays.

Before booking, an intake form is required to ensure we understand your pet’s needs and can schedule appropriately. Mobile and salon services each have their own intake form, and submitting the correct form will route your request to the appropriate team. Simply navigate to the appropriate tab and find the "New Client Intake" button. Current rabies and DA2PPV vaccinations are also required in accordance with state regulations prior to scheduling.

Our Story

Pampered Pets Parlor was founded in 2013 with the simple mission of providing a stress-free experience for both pets and their owners. As pet lovers and owners ourselves, we understood how difficult it can be on your pet to undergo the stress of being transported back and forth to the grooming shop on a regular basis and dealing with the noisy chaos of a typical grooming salon, being handled by multiple people and forced to be kept in a kennel in a room with many other dogs, so we solve this dilemma by bringing a fully equipped pet grooming salon to you so we could provide them one-on-one attention in a calm and quiet setting! In 2023, we took our philosophy and knowledge into the brick-and mortar salon space when we purchased and rebranded our Windsor salon at 1297 Main St. We are a fully insured, state-licensed and certified grooming facility, so you can rest easy knowing our salon is a safe and sanitary environment, and that your cherished pet is in good hands. We know that unfamiliar environments can be very stressful for pets, especially when they are interacting with new people. So whether in the shopfront salon or in our mobile unit, we take the stress off your pet by creating a familiar setting with familiar people, providing the highest degree of comfort and compassion in your pet’s grooming experience.
